Cancelation Policy:

• If a participant cancels their booking, any payments made are non-refundable, and the trip cannot be rescheduled or transferred. However, participants may find a replacement to take their spot by changing the name on the booking.
• In cases of Force Majeure (such as natural disasters, severe weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances), the trip may be altered or canceled. Participants will not receive a refund for unused services or compensation for any resulting inconvenience. (Force Majeure refers to unforeseen events beyond human control that prevent the proper execution of the trip.)
• Children aged 5 years old and above are subject to the normal rate.
• Participants who arrive late at the meeting point, affecting the itinerary and causing inconvenience to others, will be considered as having withdrawn from the trip and will not receive a refund.

Responsibility:

• Pirate Journey is not liable for flight schedule changes, baggage issues (including damage, loss, or delay), or any damages or losses incurred during the trip, including those caused by airlines, hotels, or other transportation services. We are also not responsible for any changes or reductions in the trip due to Force Majeure.
• Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to trip equipment (such as life jackets, snorkels, and masks) and will be charged accordingly. 
• Participants must follow the instructions of the tour leader and cannot make unilateral decisions during the trip without consent.
• Any participant found carrying illegal drugs or creating disturbances that affect others will be removed from the trip and repatriated, with no refund provided for any payments made.
